Süzme yoğurtlu Biber Kızartması
FRİED CHİLİ PEPPERS

Mint,optional

Garlic Yoğurt Sauce
1/2 cup plain yoğurt
1-2 garlic coloves ,mashed with salt

Put sunflover oil in a medium-size skillet.When the oil heats up,fry the peppers on both sides until golden brown.While you're frying the pepper,cover it with a paper towel since the oil will splash.Afterwards,place
them on a paper towel and wait until they cool down,then peel.
Serve with the Garlic yoğurt sauce.ıf you like sprinkle some mint all over the garlic yoğurt sauce.Serve the dish at room temperature or chilled as an appetizer
